At our restaurant in Gwalior, broadly, we serve North Indian cuisine with a few Continental dishes and some authentic Maratha dishes on demand to suit a range of tastes and palates.
The ground floor of our heritage Gwalior hotel has a large dining room in the 17th century Zenana wing where all the meals are served. This also doubles up as a conference or meeting hall.
Should you desire to taste a special dish or have a particular preference, you can certainly make a request at the previous meal, and the chefs will try and please you.
The meats and vegetables are procured on a regular basis. We prefer not to deep freeze our foods for long durations or for non-seasonal offering.
