A spacious suite with access to 2 terraces, it is situated on the second floor level of the Palace. The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed. It is done up in vibrant hues of orange and red. A portrait of the son of Maharaja Narinder Singh – Maharaja Mohinder Singh adorns the walls. Maharaja Mohinder Singh ascended the Patiala throne at the age of 10 and was fairly well educated and enlightened. He was the first in line to learn English and sponsored several works of public utility including the Mahindra College in 1875. Incidentally at the time it was the only college between Delhi and Lahore in the region.
