Neemrana’s Coconut Alley brings to the table a true confluence of Dutch and Tamil Nadu cuisine. Food from the two worlds are brought back in their original form. The Chefs at Coconut Alley russell up the lost cuisines of Tranquebar, now known as Tharangambadi, the place of singing waves. Our Chefs source all the produce and freshly hand picked spices from the village and use the old techniques of slow cooking of the village. From the Creole prawn curry, the classic lamb roast with jacket potatoes to the varuval’s and the kozhambu, our masters of culinary use their ancient recipe to deliver character, taste and substance to each dish which brings back those several decades of love for food. Food at Neemrana’s Coconut Alley is not a necessity, it’s emotions of the culinary masters being brought on a plate to each and every guest who they interact with and part as extended family.
