 Accomodation
  • Room tariff is payable in advance to confirm bookings.
  • Extra bed can be arranged if space permits
    • @ Rs.500(+taxes) for children and Rs.Rs.800 (+taxes) for Adult.
  • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
 
 Food & Beverage
 
  • Property is open for non-residents, only on prior meal bookings.
  • Brakfast is included in the room tariff.
 
 Cancellation Charges
  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
  • Credit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.

For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th &31st of December)

  • 25% if cancelled fourty five days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.

 Regulations
  • Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
  • Sales tax 12.5%.
  • All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.
  • No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.
 
 Discount
  • Off-season discount : 20% on all rooms from 1st May to 31st August.
