Jai Obhrai joined Neemrana Hotels in 1999. Prior to this he was Assistant Vice President in Western Petro Diamond Private Ltd (a Mitsubishi Collaboration). He was also Chief Operation Officer for the Publishing house called Spectrum Communications Pvt Ltd for 8 years where he gained his initial experience in the industry.

Jai qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and also qualified as a lawyer in the same year.  After completing both professional courses he chose Chartered Accountancy as his career. At Neemrana, Jai provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. He supervises the finance unit and assists the Board on all strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost benefit analysis, and analyzing the viability of new ventures.

Kulbhushan Bhatt joined Neemrana Hotels in 1993 after completing his industrial training with the Ashok group of hotels. At Neemrana, Kulbhushan supervises the marketing & reservations of the hotels and has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and tour operators pan India.

After completing his BSc from Delhi University, Kulbhushan attained a post graduate diploma in Tourism Management from Delhi University and an MBA degree from IGNOU. He is also an advanced diploma holder in French from Delhi University and Alliance Francaise de Delhi.

Sonavi Chopra joined Neemrana Hotels in 2010. Prior to this, she gained two and a half years of hotel management experience in the corporate development team of Sarovar Hotels. Her varied areas of expertise are business development, operations, audio-visual online marketing, Ministry of Tourism star classification, and Public Relations.

A graduate from Lady Shriram College in Psychology Honors, Sonavi had a two year stint at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar where she studied Psychology and Management. She did her Masters in Research in Psychology and then took a second master’s degree in Management Research. Her work on Respect for Persons has been published by the International Journal of Psychology.

At Neemrana Hotels Sonavi is responsible for codifying within the ‘non-hotel’ concept that has been evolved, systems of creative replication and structuring, while always keeping the company’s inventiveness and agility to change and adapt to the changing tourism realities that will continue to face the internal and external market of India.

Priti worked as an Executive Consultant with the Neemrana group from 1981 to 1986 and then, after a break, from 1998 till date. She is involved in a range of Executive duties and the coordinates all the cultural activities across the hotels. She has been involved with The Neemrana Music Foundation since its inception and has been actively involved in the music education workshops as well as the production of the operas during the last eight years.

Priti also co-ordinates activities  of Dominique Lapierre’s City of Joy, India Foundation for the Arts (IFA) and INTACH in which Francis Wacziarg is a Trustee Member. Her other social interests have kept her also actively involved in the field of Development Education. This entails designing creative learning strategies for school students in the fields of environment, gender and heritage education in the sphere of special projects and programmes. Priti has co-authored a number of books written for teachers in these programmes. Priti continues to be active in conducting teachers’ workshops in her work from Kashmir to Chennai. She has worked with renowned institutions like the Centre for Science & Environment, Centre for Environment Education, Jaipur Virasat Foundation.

Kavita Wahi joined the Neemrana group in 2006. She is responsible for procurement, vendor management, and market analysis for the hotel supplies. Kavita also coordinates with various craft persons, societies for craftspeople, textile designers to put together textiles for the Hotels and an eclectic collection for the Neemrana Shops.

Kavita has a BSc degree in Mathematics from St.Stephen’s College, Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Department Of Computer Science, Delhi University.

Antoine Redon started learning violin at the age of 6 at the Conservatoire Erik Satie, Paris in the class of Rodica Bogdanas. He also started singing. Founder and President of the association Infinitiff (which means “Hair non-stop” in French) in 2001, he has produced two musicals in Tours and Paris with a cast of 30 singers, dancers, musicians and sang the roles of Burger in “Hair” (2002) and Judas  in “Jesus Christ Superstar” (2004).

Programme Coordinator of The Neemrana Music Foundation since 2006, he has been Executive Producer of the Operas “Dido and Aeneas” in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur (2006), “The Pearl Fishers” at BMICH, Colombo with 150 artistes (2008), “Carmen” at Kamani, Delhi (2008) with 150 artistes, “Violetta, a Traviata” at Shriram, Delhi, NCPA, Mumbai, ICCR, Calcutta,  “If I Were King” with 200 artistes, Siri Fort, Delhi (2010), and “Hair”, Garden of Five Senses, Delhi (2010).

As a singer he is trained under Situ Singh Buehler and sang in “Mozart Requiem” (2008), all Medicine shows since 2008 and “Antoine and Romain”.
